⏱️ Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are generally prepared within 24–48 business hours after payment has been confirmed.
The delivery times shown on this page are estimates and refer to normal courier transit times after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
Actual delivery times may vary due to public holidays, periods of high shipping volume, weather conditions, customs procedures or other circumstances that may affect normal transit times.
Shipments are not handed over to couriers on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

- All shipping costs and delivery methods available for the selected destination are displayed before the order is completed.
- For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes, import VAT and customs clearance fees applied in the destination country are the responsibility of the Customer.
- In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the courier may make another delivery attempt or leave the parcel at a pickup point, depending on the carrier's procedures.
- The Customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
- If a parcel is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel or refusal of delivery, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Any return-to-sender charges imposed by the courier may be deducted from the amount refunded to the Customer, where applicable and permitted by law.
📦 Damaged Parcels or Delivery Issues
If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend, where possible, accepting the shipment with a specific reservation regarding the damage and contacting OnyTCG as soon as possible.
Where possible, please provide photographs of the parcel, packaging, shipping label and contents received, so that we can review the issue as quickly as possible.
In the event of non-delivery, damage or any other shipping-related issue, please contact our customer service and provide your order number.
✏️ Changing Your Shipping Address
The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been handed over to the courier.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
